In a few seconds, Tattoo 2 personalizes in monochrome or color your pre-printed or blank plastic cards. With a 300 dpi standard resolution and ‘near-to-edge’ printing, Tattoo prints pictures, texts, barcodes and logos as required. Tattoo 2 is a flexible solution which offers a dual card-feeding mode. Cards can be loaded automatically thanks to the 100-card feeder but you can also use the manual loading mode for on-demand delivery. The Securion is a one-stop solution for personalizing and laminating secure badges on-site. The printer seamlessly scales to meet growing concerns about security and data forgery, while greatly extending the lifespan of any card.

The compact printer offers dual-sided operations on both the color-printing module and the lamination station. A protective film is applied over the surface with hot roller technology, after the graphical and electrical personalization process. The film is either a continuous layer of varnish or a patch. Editing and encoding a secure badge is just a matter of a single pass.

The Pebble 4 CR-79 is similar to the original Pebble, with two mechanical modifications:

• In the card path, the lateral push guide that correctly positions the card inside the printer is different from the standard Pebble.
• There are two additional chocks in the card feeder cage to uphold the smaller CR-79 cards in its right position.

Like the original Pebble, the Pebble 4 CR-79 is powerful, easy-to-use and cost-effective. The Pebble 4 CR-79 prints on both CR-79 and CR-80 cards.

eMedia facilitates the creation and printing of all your cards: company badges, business cards, membership cards, loyalty cards, etc and gives you the possibility to build a source of different card layouts instantly.

It is supplied in its Standard version with the Pebble and Dualys. A 30-day trial version is delivered with Tattoo, Tattoo Rewrite, Securion and Quantum. eMedia also has a Pro version for connections to databases (MS-ACCESS, Microsoft SQL server, Oracle, ODBC) and access to a number of advanced functions. For advanced Mifare card management (contactless cards), an Expert version of eMedia is available.

For MAC users: Business Card Composer
Evolis and TransTech do not sell MAC software. However, Evolis printers can be operated by numerous Mac software. In order to design and print ID Badges and cards, Evolis recommends Business card composer from Belight Software.

Although this software is dedicated to business cards in the first place, it is also very convenient to design and print visual ID Badges. It offers a powerful editing mode as well as MAC OSX integration (address book, iphoto...). You can also print barcodes. This software is available in English and German.

Business Card Composer v5 has been tested by the Evolis team to ensure it works flawlessly with our single and dual-sided card printers. Note: TransTech Systems and Evolis recommend this software but do not support it. For support information, please refer to the software editor.
